Inside Sales Representative

Waste Connections is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to support growth by building relationships with customers, responding to inquiries, and identifying new sales opportunities.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role
• Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Detail‐oriented with strong organizational habits
• Positive attitude, team‐oriented mindset, and commitment to excellent customer service
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed in a sales environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
