Role Overview
The Sr. Marketing Manager, Mega Projects serves as the primary marketing leader supporting the Megaprojects business strategy and works closely with Sales, Product Management, Business Development, Training, and Marketing teams to develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement and commercial success.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute integrated marketing plans supporting the growth objectives of the Megaprojects business and targeted industry verticals. Lead voice-of-customer initiatives, customer interviews, testimonial programs, and market feedback processes to support customer-centric decision making.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Product Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Brand Marketing, Demand Generation, or related disciplines
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading people, projects, programs, or cross-functional initiatives
- Demonstrated success developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable business results
- Experience supporting B2B marketing strategies, customer engagement programs, and commercial growth initiatives
- Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM), digital marketing, customer journey development, and lead generation concepts
- Experience supporting product launches, commercialization efforts, and go-to-market initiatives
- Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating marketing effectiveness and campaign performance
- Experience managing agency relationships, external vendors, and marketing budgets
- Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable
