Role Overview

The Territory & Inside Sales Manager is a key contributor within the Watts Water Quality sales organization supporting the Easy Water (EW) business. This role is responsible for driving growth across the US territory by leading inside sales agents, expanding the EW dealer network, and increasing direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales.

What You Will Do

Leads, coaches, and supports a team of inside sales agents to achieve and exceed defined KPIs, including conversion rates, call activity, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction metrics. Drives growth of the Easy Water (EW) dealer business by strengthening existing partnerships, increasing engagement, and identifying opportunities to expand dealer sales performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience required, including demonstrated leadership, coaching, or supervisory responsibilities
  • Prior experience supervising, coaching, mentoring, or leading others strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage performance through KPIs, metrics, or productivity goals
  • Proven ability to influence team performance and drive results through coaching and accountability
  • Strong technical background and/or aptitude
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to successfully prioritize activities across team and territory responsibilities
  • Must possess excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
  • Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable
