We are hiring a People Operations Associate with expertise in Sierra Leone labor law, payroll, HR, and office management. The role involves compiling and updating employee records, managing documentation, ensuring human resources compliance, and coordinating admin and logistics in the office.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or professional training in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices in Sierra Leone.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally at an international company.
- Experience in the Financial services sector would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of HRIS, preferably BambooHR.
