Role Overview
Wealth Enhancement is an independent wealth management firm seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to support campaign execution, develop and implement marketing programs, and assist with specialized projects involving Marketing Cloud personalization.
What You Will Do
The Marketing Automation Specialist will use Marketing Automation to build and test engagement plans, collaborate with paid media and integrated marketing, and build basic performance reports using Dataroma in Marketing Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have 4 years of professional email marketing experience, experience with marketing automation tools, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 4 years of professional email marketing experience
- Experience with marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Pardot, or Marketo)
- Experience with Salesforce or other major CRM
- Experience writing SQL queries
- Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist certification
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite
- Proficient at using AI and digital tools
