Requirements
- 5+ years in Product Ops, Product, Business Ops, consulting, or transformation roles in a tech environment
- Proven ability to build operating models and rituals from scratch
- Strong cross functional program leadership from ambiguity to shipped outcomes
- Experience supporting multi market launches or localization
- Data fluency: comfortable with metrics, dashboards, and making tradeoffs visible
- Prior experience hiring or leading a small team
