Director Product Operations

Role Overview

As a Director Product Operations, you will lead cross-functional teams in product strategy, design, and delivery, ensuring operational excellence across our supply chain network.

What You Will Do

You will oversee end-to-end operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, collaborate with engineering and customer support, and develop and enforce KPIs and SLAs.

• 10+ years of progressive experience in product management and operations within fast-moving industries
• Proven track record of scaling last mile logistics and procurement operations for high-volume products
• Strong expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and integrated supply chain solutions
• Demonstrated ability to lead field operator teams, driving productivity and adherence to safety standards
• Mastery of data-driven decision making, with experience building dashboards and analytics for operational KPIs
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Experience in cross-border or multi-regional supply chains, with a deep understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
• Advanced problem-solving skills, able to develop innovative solutions for complex operational challenges
• Strong negotiation and vendor-management capabilities, achieving cost efficiencies and service excellence
