The successful candidate will have practical experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM coordination, and conversion-driven marketing, along with a solid understanding of lead quality and driving site visits.
Requirements
- Develop, implement, and refine campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn as applicable.
- Generate qualified leads for residential and/or commercial real estate developments.
- Enhance critical performance indicators including cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, lead quality, and return on investment (ROI).
- Oversee audience targeting, remarketing strategies, budgeting, and campaign architecture.
- Optimize landing pages, lead capture forms, microsites, and portal listings to boost conversion rates.
- Collaborate with sales teams to monitor lead quality, follow-up activities, and site visit results.
- Execute remarketing and nurture campaigns via WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
- Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM systems, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Monitor competitors and explore new opportunities for growth.
