Role Overview
As a Sales Manager, you will lead, mentor, and scale a high-velocity inside sales team targeting the US region. You will be responsible for driving daily operational excellence, running sales coaching pipelines, and ensuring your team hits aggressive revenue and conversion goals.
What You Will Do
Manage a team of Inside Sales Specialists, drive revenue, monitor performance, optimize sales funnels, and collaborate with Sales Directors and Marketing to refine lead routing and target-setting frameworks.

Requirements
- 3+ years of overall sales experience

- Minimum 1 year of experience directly managing and driving targets for a team of sales executives
- Flawless English communication skills
- Strong comfort with CRM platforms (HubSpot, LeadSquared, Salesforce, etc.) and Google Sheets
