Group Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a Group Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to lead Weir’s Group financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning and performance management activities across a FTSE 100 organisation.

What You Will Do

Leadership & Team Development: Lead the Group FP&A function, providing guidance, coaching, and support to a team of qualified and trainee accountants. Financial Planning & Analysis: Own and drive the Group’s forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning activities.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA, ACCA or CIMA) qualified
• Minimum of five years’ post-qualification experience
• Strong FP&A leadership experience within a complex, preferably PLC or listed, organisation
• Expertise in forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, financial modelling and consolidation
• Proven people leadership and stakeholder management skills
