Senior Product Growth Analyst

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Growth Analyst at Welcome, you will help us understand customer needs and behaviors, identify opportunities worth pursuing, and evaluate the impact of our product decisions. You’ll play an important role in strengthening discovery, experimentation, and measurement across our products.

What You Will Do

Proactively analyze end-to-end user behavior funnels to identify drop-offs and growth opportunities. Partner with Product Managers to design and evaluate A/B and split tests, defining hypotheses, success metrics, and guardrails.

5+ years of experience in product analytics, growth analytics or a similar role. Strong SQL skills and the ability to turn complex datasets into actionable insights. Hands-on experience with product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude or similar.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics, growth analytics or a similar role
• Strong SQL skills and the ability to turn complex datasets into actionable insights
• Hands-on experience with product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude or similar
• Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests, with a solid grasp of sample size, statistical power, uncertainty and bias
• A proven track record of using data and experimentation to shape product decisions and drive measurable impact
• Experience defining product metrics, measurement plans and tracking requirements
• Practical use of AI tools in analytical work, with good judgement about their limits and how to check their output
• A structured problem-solver who can turn ambiguous questions into clear analyses linked to customer needs and business priorities
• Able to work independently and collaborate closely with Product, Design, Engineering and fellow analysts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Curious and solution-oriented
