The Account Manager is responsible for delivering business targets in Value and Distribution, developing a strong knowledge of the Beauty Industry, and positively influencing the BSG-Distributor Leadership. The role involves achieving assigned targets, completing Joint Business Plans, and planning and executing sales meetings and trainings.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business account management role
- Negotiation and customer portfolio management competencies
- Interest in the beauty industry
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel
- Ability to travel via air 1-2 times per year
