As our Senior Recruiter & People Operations Lead, you will play a mission critical role in building the team behind our growth, owning hiring end to end and driving speed, quality, and consistency across every search, while ensuring our core people operations run smoothly day to day.
Requirements
- 4 to 7 plus years of recruiting experience with full cycle ownership required from screen through offer and close
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to build pipelines proactively
- Proven ability to manage multiple searches and drive hiring outcomes independently
- Experience operating with urgency and driving process
- Exposure to or interest in people operations or HR execution
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and strong operational discipline
- Sound judgment and ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
- Comfort in high growth, fast moving environments
