WellPower is seeking a People Operations Business Partner to provide tactical and strategic consulting on people and organization development strategies in support of the business objectives. The role involves talent acquisition, employee relations consultation, policy interpretation, union contract consultation, performance and compensation management, and organizational design. This is a full-time, hybrid position in the greater Denver Metro area.
Requirements
