WellPower is seeking a People Operations Business Partner to provide tactical and strategic consulting on people and organization development, supporting business objectives. This role involves talent acquisition, employee relations, policy interpretation, and performance management, serving multiple business units. It’s a hybrid position requiring 1-2 days onsite and remote work.
Requirements
- Conduct weekly meetings with business units.
- Develop partnerships to support business objectives.
- Consult with management on HR policies and procedures.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team.
- Manages employee relations issues and conducts investigations.
- Develops and maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements.
- Performs job applications and provides coaching.
