Role Overview
This role sits within the Chief Operating Office (COO) Finance organization supporting the Corporate Properties Group (CPG) Financial Analysis team. The team is responsible for delivering independent, objective real estate financial analysis to inform enterprise-level strategic decisions.
What You Will Do
Lead complex real estate financial analysis, develop and maintain advanced financial models, serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, and ensure adherence to Wells Fargo’s risk and control framework.

Requirements
- 5+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related experience
- Strong experience in financial modeling, analysis, interpretation of complex data
- Ability to build and maintain sophisticated financial models, utilizing advanced MS Excel skills
- Experience developing, enhancing, or governing financial modeling standards, forecasting processes, and analytical frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to influence, partner with, and provide credible challenge to senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment
- Strong verbal, written, and executive-level communication skills
- Strong risk management mindset with experience operating within a corporate risk and control framework environment
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated leadership through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team culture
