Analyst, FP&A

Welltower is looking for an Analyst, FP&A to oversee the organization’s financial planning efforts and provide insight into portfolio performance. The role will focus on portfolio level and property level analysis, conduct variance analysis, and support forecasting and reporting efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required
• 1-3 years related work experience is preferred
• Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and verification of employment, education, and other credentials relevant to the position
