We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to support the onboarding and implementation of our camera system in the parking lots of our B2B customers. You will develop our customers into experts for our product and advise them on the best possible use of Wemolo, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluent in Swiss German, with English or Italian as an advantage
- Successfully completed studies in economics, social or natural sciences, or comparable commercial training
- At least 2 years of professional experience in customer service, customer success, or account management, ideally in a B2B software environment
- Strong customer and service orientation, as well as a convincing appearance
- Confident handling of G-Suite, Outlook, Microsoft tools, or similar
- Initial experience with CRM tools (Salesforce etc.)
