Western Digital is seeking a Senior HR Data Analyst to support strategic HR decision-making and drive organizational effectiveness. The role will involve leveraging data-driven insights to analyze workforce trends, optimize HR processes, and provide actionable recommendations that enhance talent management and organizational performance.
Requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive HR dashboards and reports using advanced data visualization tools
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to recruitment, retention, compensation, performance, and employee engagement
- Develop and implement HR data models and analytical frameworks to support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives
- Collaborate with HR business partners to define data requirements, translate business questions into analytical solutions, and deliver actionable insights
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance by establishing data governance protocols and conducting regular data quality audits
- Create and present executive-level reports and presentations that communicate complex data findings in a clear and compelling manner
- Analyze recruitment metrics, hiring funnel performance, and time-to-fill data to optimize talent acquisition processes
- Support compensation and benefits analysis, including salary benchmarking, equity analysis, and benefits utilization studies
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within HR operations using data-driven recommendations
- Stay current with HR analytics best practices, emerging tools, and industry trends to continuously enhance analytical capabilities
