IAR Data Analyst

Role Overview

The IAR Data Analyst is responsible for extracting, processing, analyzing, and reporting on data to produce rigorous, actionable insights and research. They establish and maintain strong relationships with peers and leaders across IAR, Data Engineering, Product Management, Finance, EdTech, and Faculty staff.

What You Will Do

Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and deliver actionable insights that inform program development, student engagement strategies, and marketing initiatives. Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and data visualizations, including consolidating and improving existing reporting assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 3 years of related experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics, Decision Intelligence, Research, Learning Science, Behavioral/Cognitive Psychology, Marketing Analytics, or Digital Analytics.
• Strong SQL skills and experience querying large datasets.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization.
• Experience working with ETL or ELT processes and data pipelines.
• Solid working knowledge of descriptive statistics and analytical methods, with the ability to apply them to real-world datasets
