Marketing Manager

Develop and lead customer marketing campaigns to enhance Westpac’s brand presence, drive engagement, and support business growth. Translate customer and business strategy into insight-led plans that shape customer communications and lifecycle programmes.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing within a large, complex organisation
  • Proven ability to develop and manage end-to-end campaign delivery
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project and stakeholder management
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
  • Experience utilising research and data to gain insights, inform targeting, and optimise performance
