Growth Marketing Manager – Affiliates & Partnerships (Maternity cover)

Role Overview

As our Growth Marketing Manager for Affiliate & Partnerships, you will be responsible for managing our existing partner network as well as actively finding new partners and opportunities in a multi-market setup.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for our affiliates’ and partners’ acquisition operations in different countries, building an efficient and effective outreach strategy to convert high-value partners, and managing our existing affiliate network.

Requirements

• Experience in business development, affiliate or partnership marketing
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good negotiation skills
• Used CRMs, or other partnership marketing software
• Resourceful and able to build automations to optimize and scale your work
• Entrepreneurial spirit, can-do attitude
• Fintech experience is also a plus
