The Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team and serve as the primary point of contact between our clients and internal teams.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, managing multiple projects, and ensuring clients achieve their goals. You will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating campaign execution across departments, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, strong organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
Salary Range: SGD $4,000 – $4,500
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 Days Office, 2 Days Work From Home)
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
* Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular communication
* Lead client meetings, onboarding calls, and campaign review sessions
* Coordinate with media buyers, creative strategists, editors, and management to ensure smooth project execution
* Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations
* Identify client challenges and proactively recommend solutions
* Ensure campaigns and content are delivered accurately and on schedule
* Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas
* Track client feedback and ensure action items are followed through
* Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention
Qualifications
* Minimum 1-2 years of account management, client servicing, project management, or customer success experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational and time management abilities
* Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
* Highly responsive, detail-oriented, and accountable
* Comfortable leading client meetings and presentations

* Experience preparing client reports and campaign reviews
* Understanding of lead generation and performance marketing metrics
