AI Solutions Pre-Sales Engineer

工作职责

-Solution Consulting & Requirement Analysis: engage enterprise clients to understand business processes, technical needs, and pain points; collaborate with sales to identify AI-driven business opportunities

-Technical Solution Design: work with product and R&D teams to develop tailored AI solutions; prepare technical proposals, architecture diagrams, and presentations

-Product Demo & PoC: deliver product demos, workshops, and technical presentations; plan and execute PoC projects aligned with client expectations and success criteria

-Tender & Proposal Support: assist in RFP/RFI responses, technical documentation, and pricing proposals; ensure compliance with technical standards and client requirements

-Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with sales, product, engineering, and delivery teams for smooth pre-sales to delivery transition; provide client feedback to improve products and solutions

-Stay updated on AI trends; represent the company at industry events

任职资格

-Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or related fields

-3–5 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical support for AI, Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS products

-Solid understanding of AI concepts (e.g., machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision) and their business applications

-Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

-Ability to design technical architectures and solution roadmaps that align with client objectives

-Experience with RFP/RFI processes, technical proposal writing, and Proof of Concept delivery

-Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
