Creative Account Manager

We’re looking for a Creative Account Manager who can manage both the client and the creative.

You’ll own social media content projects from brief to post — working directly with clients while developing video concepts and scripts, directing shoots, and reviewing edits alongside our production team.

What You’ll Do

• Manage client accounts and projects from brief to final delivery
• Understand client objectives and turn briefs into engaging social media concepts
• Develop video ideas, scripts and visual directions
• Keep up with social media trends and identify relevant ways to adapt them for clients
• Present ideas to clients and manage feedback, approvals and project timelines
• Coordinate shoots, including schedules, talents and production requirements
• Direct talents and guide the production team on the shots required during shoots
• Review video edits and provide creative feedback on editing elements
• Coordinate content posting and prepare performance reports when required

What We’re Looking For

• Relevant experience in account management, social media, content, or a related field
• Strong client management and communication skills
• Strong creative instincts with good scriptwriting and storytelling abilities
• A good understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and social media trends
• Comfortable directing talents and making creative decisions on set
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple timelines
• Strong written and spoken English
