We’re Complete VMS Pte Ltd, a growing player in the vehicle management and insurance claims space, and we’re looking for a hungry, driven Business Development Executive to expand our network of automotive workshop partners across Singapore.

What You’ll Be Doing

Own Your Territory. Build Your Empire.

• Hunt & Win – Identify and approach automotive workshops across Singapore to establish lucrative referral partnerships for vehicle insurance claim cases
• Get Face-to-Face – Conduct site visits, meetings, and calls that turn cold contacts into committed partners
• Grow Your Portfolio – Onboard new workshops and nurture them into consistently active, high-performing referral partners
• Be the Go-To Person – Serve as the trusted bridge between workshop partners and our internal operations team
• Track Your Wins – Monitor your pipeline, measure your conversions, and report your results with pride every week

What Success Looks Like

Within your first few months, you’ll be:

Signing up new workshop partners regularly Building a strong, self-sustaining referral pipeline Seeing your commission grow as your portfolio expands Becoming a recognized name that workshops trust and call first.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re the right fit if you:

• Have experience in sales, business development, or partnerships (automotive or insurance background is a big plus!)
• Are a natural relationship-builder who genuinely enjoys meeting people
• Are self-motivated and target-driven — you don’t wait to be told what to do
• Communicate confidently and can present services persuasively
• Are comfortable being out in the field and managing your own schedule
• Are organised and disciplined with reporting and follow-ups
