About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Admissions, Marketing and Community Experience, you will develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy that enhances brand awareness, generates high-quality enquiries and applications, and supports the College’s long-term growth objectives. Working closely with Admissions, Community Experience and regional colleagues, you will ensure a seamless and compelling journey for prospective families while championing the Dulwich brand.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy that supports student enrolment growth and strengthens brand positioning.
- Align local marketing initiatives with the wider Dulwich College International marketing strategy.
- Lead annual marketing planning, budgeting and resource allocation.
Digital Marketing & Performance
- Oversee the College website, SEO, SEM, social media and digital marketing activities.
- Drive lead generation campaigns and optimise enquiry-to-application conversion performance.
- Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness, cost per lead, ROI and admissions funnel performance.
- Partner with Admissions and IT teams to utilise CRM and campaign data effectively.
Brand, Content & Communications
- Act as the College’s brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Lead content strategy, copywriting standards and external communications.
- Manage media relations, public relations opportunities and reputation management.
- Oversee the production of marketing collateral, publications and event materials.
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead, mentor and develop the marketing team.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop partnerships that enhance the College’s reputation and community engagement.
- Collaborate closely with Admissions and Community Experience teams to deliver a joined-up family experience.
About You
You will bring:
- A degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years’ experience in marketing, communications or a related field, ideally within education, international organisations or purpose-led environments.
- Strong expertise in branding, digital marketing, SEO, SEM, paid and earned media.
- Experience using marketing analytics, dashboards and CRM systems to drive decision-making.
- Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication, copywriting and stakeholder management skills.
- A highly analytical, data-driven approach with strong commercial awareness.
