Role Description

You’ll own new client acquisition for Get Social – building pipeline, running the sales process, and closing retainer deals. This is a build-it role: today almost all of our clients come through referrals, so you’ll be establishing outbound and inbound sales as a real engine for growth, not just managing an existing pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Generate your own pipeline through outbound prospecting and by converting inbound interest (Instagram, referrals) into qualified conversations
• Run the full sales cycle (discovery calls, proposals, negotiation, and closing) across our retainer tiers
• Keep the pipeline organised and up to date in our internal tracking systems, so every lead, follow-up, and deal stage is tracked and nothing slips
• Put together polished proposals and pitch decks when necessary, working closely with the founder and content team to scope what we pitch
• Stay on top of client relationships post-close to spot renewal and upsell opportunities

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales or business development experience; agency or B2B services background preferred.
• Highly self-motivated, responsive & organised
• Comfortable working in Notion, Canva, and Google Sheets
• Working knowledge of social media / digital marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication in English

Compensation

Competitive on-target earnings (OTE), with a strong base + commission split rewarding new business closed.
