Production Manager – Semiconductor Equipment

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily production operations and drive efficiency, quality and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily production activities, manpower, materials and production schedules.
• Drive production efficiency, cost reduction and process improvement.
• Monitor quality issues and work closely with Quality and Engineering teams on root cause and corrective actions.
• Lead, develop and manage the production team, including training and performance management.
• Support new product introduction, process validation and mass production readiness.
• Drive 6S, workplace safety and production discipline.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation or related field. Diploma holders with strong relevant experience may also be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of production management experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years of experience managing a production/workshop team.
• Familiar with ERP systems, ISO 9001 and 6S.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and production safety is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
