Associate Manager, Product Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Develop, coordinate and support the marketing effort for service portfolios during all stages of offering life cycle (launch to end of service)
• Develop strategies and support implementation of business plans based on strong understanding of competitive and market landscape
• Identify and formulate appropriate product positioning, messaging, value proposition and differentiation for service portfolio
• Work with strategic partners, third parties and regional marketing teams to drive compelling go-to-market strategies
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities to strengthen the service offerings positioning in existing and new markets
• Cross collaboration with business unit stakeholders to implement and operationalize business initiatives and activities
• Support business and operational reviews by conducting analysis using internal and external data (product, revenue, market, industry) to derive insights that will drive business decisions and recommendations.
• Lead measurement and tracking of services offering initiatives, competitive analysis, and report out learnings and revised plans to management, key partners and respective product team
• Engages collaboratively with others (internal and external stakeholders) to achieve results while maintaining professional and ethical relationships

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business IT, Infosystem with at least 4-5 years of similar experience
• Demonstrated success in product or services launches, pre-sales engagements and presentations
• Good at multitasking, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and possess strong interpersonal skills
• Be a self-starter, energised by challenges
• Motivated team player and excellent communicator
• Analytical mind with the ability to join the dots and interpret the big picture and resulting action lines
• Strong situational awareness, ability to grasp market trends and identify opportunities
• Independent and dynamic team player with strong written and verbal communication skills and a “can-do” attitude
