Morgan McKinley is partnering with a client to hire a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Southeast Asia Finance team.
This is a highly commercial role with full P&L responsibility, working closely with Sales leadership across the region. The successful candidate will play a key role in business partnering, performance management, pricing and financial planning to support commercial decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with commercial stakeholders to drive financial performance and achievement of business targets
- Analyse financial results and provide meaningful insights and recommendations to the business
- Manage performance controlling, including distributor performance, contracts, rebates and credit notes
- Partner with Sales on pricing strategy across countries and channels
- Support month-end closing, variance analysis, forecasting and management reporting
- Forecast and track COGS and operating expenses
- Support cash flow and Accounts Receivable management through shared services
What we’re looking for:
- 6–8 years of relevant Finance experience, ideally within an MNC environment
- Strong background in business controlling, commercial finance or finance business partnering
- Good business acumen with the ability to influence and partner with commercial stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel and Power BI
- Independent, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Big 4 experience would be advantageous
