Salary: S$3,200 – $3800 per month + up to S$800 monthly incentive

Ms Durian is looking for a customer retention specialist for driving online customer engagement, retention and repeat purchase. This role requires a confident and sales-driven individual to develop targeted engagement initiatives for Ms Durian’s products and festivities offerings.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer purchasing patterns and preferences.
• Identify high-value customer groups
• Initiate appropriate engagement and retention actions.
• Plan livestream themes, scripts, product bundles, vouchers and promotions.
• Manage TikTok Shop campaign mechanics.
• Develop trackable promotions that encourage viewers to visit our café.
• Develop campaigns for café-exclusive products, seasonal menus and in-store offers.
• Track livestream sales, performance and TikTok-attributed café visits.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and fulfilment teams on stock and orders.
