An established global technology company is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their Creator Marketing team, leading creator strategy and campaign execution.
This role sits close to the Indonesia market, so fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and a strong grasp of Indonesia’s creator ecosystem and cultural nuances is essential.
‚ùóThis is a 12-month contract with potential renewal/extension depending on performance and business needs. This is a hybrid role, 3-day onsite in the Singapore office.
Responsibilities
- Shape how creators are used to support the business — from brand awareness to product adoption.
- Turn big-picture marketing goals into clear, creator-driven plans.
- Own campaigns from concept to launch, working hands-on with agencies and creators.
- Keep campaigns on schedule, on budget, and true to the brief.
- Work with data teams to identify what’s driving results and where to improve.
- Serve as the main point of contact on creator marketing, keeping teams across the business aligned.
- Stay informed on creator trends, platform shifts, and cultural moments.
- Bring in AI tools to speed up planning, reporting, and everyday execution.
Requirements
- 7–8 years working in marketing, creator or influencer marketing, or content strategy.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, with a real feel for Indonesia’s creator scene and culture.
- Proven ability to translate strategy into action, with comfort in hands-on execution.
- Comfortable managing agencies, partners, and stakeholders across a large organisation.
- Confident working independently, even when things move fast and plans shift.
- Good grasp of how to measure what’s working (think testing, attribution, and results).
- Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and output quality.
