Product Specialist(semiconductor or specialty chemicals )

• Drive business growth, profitability, and market expansion for Electronic Materials Formulated & Process Chemicals product lines.
• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with market trends and business objectives.
• Partner with the Business Director to achieve revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including RFQ/RFI responses and product commercialization.
• Develop pricing strategies and conduct profitability analysis with Sales and Finance.
• Manage customer relationships, technical requirements, and product application support.
• Lead cross-functional and cross-regional projects to improve product performance and profitability.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer roadmaps to identify growth opportunities.
• Support supplier development, quality initiatives, supply chain improvement, and change management.
• Prepare business analyses, KPI reports, and customer presentations.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Material Science or Chemistry preferred. MBA is an advantage.-MUST HAVE
• 9+ years of product management, sales, or commercial experience in semiconductor chemicals or related industries.-MUST HAVE
• Strong commercial acumen with knowledge of pricing, profitability, ROI, and financial analysis.
• Experience with chemical/material/process problem-solving, statistical analysis, and Design of Experiments (DOE).-MUST HAVE
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple priorities independently.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and related business tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.

• Ability to work in SAP systems is a plus
