IT Storage Presales Manager

The Role:

As a Storage Pre-Sales Specialist, you will be the technical authority for Enterprise Storage and Data Management. You will partner with sales teams to consult Mid-to-Large Enterprise and Government clients, designing high-performance architectures (SAN/NAS/All-Flash) and leading technical bid submissions to drive modernization and revenue growth

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-grade storage architectures, including All-Flash Arrays (AFA), SAN/NAS, and Software-Defined Storage
• Act as the technical lead for formal tenders (RFP/RFI), providing expert clarification on storage performance, data protection, and disaster recovery
• Lead the pre-sales lifecycle by conducting discovery, building accurate Bill-of-Materials (BoM), and developing technical proposals
• Deliver professional presentations, product demos, and partner training sessions to build market awareness and demonstrate business value

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline
• 3+ years of experience in a Storage pre-sales, focusing on Enterprise Storage, Backup, and Disaster Recovery
• Deep knowledge of storage protocols (FC, iSCSI, NVMe) and data protection trends (Ransomware resilience, Tiering)
• Proven ability to configure BoMs and manage complex technical biddings for Enterprise or Government accounts
