You get what metrics matter, how to track them, and what to do when the numbers aren’t adding up.
Team player & mentor.

You work closely with the Client Services Director and junior servicing team, ensuring seamless day-to-day execution.
New Business support.

You help drive growth by contributing to pitches and proposals.
Organised but adaptable.

You keep projects running smoothly while navigating the unexpected.

What Makes You a Great Fit:
At least

4 years of relevant experience

in a social media or creative agency.
A strong track record in

client and account management .
Solid understanding of

social media, content marketing, and digital trends .
A

proactive, problem-solving mindset -because no two days are the same.
