Job Summary

The Manager, Programme Origination leads the team to develop and execute commemorative coin and collectible product programmes, owning strategy, marketing, delivery, and P&L to achieve commercial and performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Programme Origination team to deliver product programmes that meet yearly margin targets and enhance team capabilities in a dynamic environment
• Plan, execute, and review programmes managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, launch readiness, risks, and post-launch performance
• Conduct market research to identify trends and originate differentiated product concepts that enhance brand equity
• Oversee marketing and communications plans, including product storytelling, campaign briefs, sales enablement materials, and channel support across retail, e-commerce, corporate sales, and digital platforms
• Coordinate internal teams across programme origination, marketing, sales, design, production, and operations to ensure aligned delivery and accountability
• Manage external contractors, agencies, vendors, and partners to deliver quality, cost, timelines, messaging, and brand standards
• Monitor programme KPIs and P&L, track sales, margin, and engagement targets, and implement timely corrective actions
• Provide accurate programme reporting, documentation, and management updates
• Recommend programme concepts, timelines, budget allocations, go-to-market requirements, and risk mitigation or performance improvement actions
• Influence cross-functional delivery across marketing, production, operations, sales, and external partners to ensure cohesive execution
