Director / Global Solution Architect – Cooling Solutions, Power Solutions and Cloud & Service Providers (Data Centres)
Location: APAC | Reports to: APAC President
About the Role
We’re looking for a senior solution architecture leader to drive cooling and thermal management strategy for cloud and service provider clients in the data centre segment — spanning product strategy, business development, and technical solutioning with hyperscale and colocation customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own solution architecture strategy for cooling offers targeted at cloud & service provider accounts
- Lead global cooling offer management, aligned to data centre trends (liquid cooling, high-density compute, sustainability)
- Drive business development with hyperscalers, colocation operators, and channel partners
- Provide technical pre-sales consultancy on complex data centre cooling projects
- Partner cross-functionally with product management, R&D, and sales to bring solutions to market
- Represent the business at industry forums on energy-efficient cooling
Candidate Profile
- 15–20+ years in thermal engineering/cooling/HVAC, ideally at a large multinational
- Track record spanning product management, GM, and business development roles, with P&L ownership
- Direct experience engaging cloud/service provider and colocation customers
- Strong stakeholder management across regional/global matrix structures
- Willingness to travel regionally/globally
