On Site Full TimeSingapore, SingaporeTBWA\Group Singapore

We are looking for a Senior Brand Executive / Brand Manager with a PR, communications or editorial background to support high-volume content delivery across app, social and BTL channels.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can write and edit well, make sense of client feedback, and keep multiple content workstreams moving. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure content is accurate, on brief and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Editorial

  • Write, edit and refine content across app, social and BTL channels.
  • Translate briefs and client feedback into clear, actionable content requirements.
  • Apply editorial judgement to improve clarity, structure, tone and consistency.
  • Review content for accuracy, grammar, messaging and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Manage multiple rounds of feedback while maintaining content quality and intent.
  • Conduct final quality control before submission or release.

Client & Project Management

  • Manage day-to-day client communications, feedback and follow-ups.
  • Use sound judgement to interpret client comments rather than simply actioning them literally.
  • Own timelines, trackers, approvals and delivery schedules across multiple workstreams.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and proactively drive projects forward.
  • Flag unclear requirements, risks and potential delays early.

Content Operations & AI (bonus)

  • Work within structured content workflows designed for high-volume delivery.
  • Use AI tools to support writing, editing, adaptation and quality control.
  • Review and refine AI-generated content to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Identify practical ways to improve content workflows and delivery efficiency.

What we’re looking for

  • 4-7 years’ experience in PR, communications, editorial or content, ideally within an agency.
  • Strong editorial writing, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Experience developing information-led content such as articles, web copy, FAQs, press releases or stakeholder communications.
  • Strong judgement and ability to interpret complex or sometimes unclear feedback.
  • Confident with day-to-day client servicing.
  • Strong project management and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive.
  • Comfortable using AI tools as part of the content development process.
  • Experience in health, government or public-sector communications is an advantage.
