Director, Revenue Operations Q2C

Location: Hybrid required in Davidson County, TN

Role Type: Permanent / Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and define the SAP Q2C process as the technical liaison between business units
• Own the strategic roadmap aligned with long term business objectives
• Using Lean and Agile methods, identify process optimization whenever possible
• Regularly engage with stakeholders to communicate milestones, timelines, needs and solutions
• Lead implementations and manage external vendors / service providers
• Develop project plans, schedules and quality guidelines to ensure successful delivery
• Regularly assess technology opportunities for process improvements, cost awareness, and risk
• Mentor and develop your team
• Foster an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement across all channels

Required Skills

• Bachelors Degree in IT or related field
• 10+ years of experience driving business optimization and change
• Proficient experience with SAP Q2C
• Proven track record of leadership and collaboration with excellent communication skills
• Hands on experience with at least 2 end to end SAP implementations in a lead capacity
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Experience working in manufacturing, distribution or consumer goods industries
