We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing programs focused on driving new customer acquisition. This role will manage campaigns across paid and owned channels and partner cross-functionally with product, media, creative, and analytics teams to deliver measurable growth and improve marketing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute customer acquisition campaigns across paid social, paid search, programmatic/display, and owned channels.
  • Develop channel strategies, budget allocation plans, and performance targets, including acquisition, CPA, conversion, and ROAS goals.
  • Partner with paid media teams and agency partners to launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns.
  • Develop and test creative, messaging, audience, and targeting strategies to improve campaign performance and conversion.
  • Build and maintain measurement frameworks, track KPIs, and translate performance insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with product and analytics teams to identify new acquisition opportunities and audience segments.
  • Manage budget forecasting, campaign pacing, and performance reporting.
  • Support monthly and quarterly business reviews and communicate campaign results to key stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of marketing experience with a focus on digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid media channels, including paid social, programmatic/display, and paid search.
  • Proven experience managing marketing budgets and delivering against measurable growth and acquisition goals.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use performance data to guide marketing decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with DSP/programmatic advertising platforms and cross-channel media planning.
  • Experience partnering with creative teams, media teams, and external agencies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting campaign performance and recommendations to leadership.
  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and incrementality measurement.
