Senior Financial Analyst

A growing real estate investment and property management company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to help build and scale its FP&A function. Reporting directly to the CFO, this newly created role offers significant visibility and the opportunity to drive financial planning, reporting, and business insights across a growing portfolio. REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations
• Prepare monthly variance and trend analyses
• Support consolidated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting
• Develop and improve reporting processes and financial dashboards
• Partner with operations and asset management teams to drive business insights
• Assist with lender reporting, compliance requirements, and risk tracking
• Review expense allocations and ensure reporting accuracy
• Serve as a key resource for finance systems and data management initiatives

Qualifications

• 6+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting;
  MBA is a plus
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Real estate experience REQUIRED
• Exposure to Yardi, Salesforce, or similar systems is a plus

Compensation

• Base salary: $130,000-$160,000
• Bonus: 10%-20%
• Hybrid schedule (4 days in office, 1 day remote)
