Halter is seeking a Customer Onboarding Lead U.S. to supervise a team of Launch Representatives and drive successful deployments across ranches in the United States.
You will own launch performance, build scalable processes, and partner with Sales, Support, Rev Ops, and Product to ensure value realization for customers from day one. You will coach frontline teammates, design regional rhythms, and manage ARR targets while balancing a high-touch customer experience with operational efficiency.
