The Data Operations Manager leads a team of data scientists, data engineers, and product owners, from planning and design to testing and deployment. This role balances technical guidance with project management to ensure software products are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. The manager establishes development standards and best practices, maintains code quality and system architecture, and acts as the key link between the development team and upper management.

You Have:
- 3+ years of experience with data governance
- 2+ years of experience managing and leading teams
- Experience with Agile methodologies and sprint planning tools
- Experience with data analytics and presenting findings to leadership
- HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
- Ability to lead and mentor across varied technical teams
- Ability to manage resource allocation, team workload, and project prioritization
- Ability to stay up to date with the latest software development and data management technologies and methodologies
- Possession of strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Possession of excellent project management skills
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field preferred; Master’s degree in a STEM field a plus
- PMP, AWS, ITIL, or CSM Certification
- Security+ CE Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
