Account Manager, Wholesale

Summary

The Sales Manager supports the wholesale team in developing strategies to elevate the brand and drive growth. The role focuses on commercial analysis, account engagement, and optimizing brand presence, product assortment, inventory, and sales execution across channels. This hybrid position is based in New York.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and manage business performance by client, category, channel, and store.
  • Develop and execute strategic actions to drive sell-in and sell-out.
  • Ensure brand objectives are implemented online and in stores.
  • Manage open-to-buy budgets, sales, inventory, and margin optimization.
  • Build relationships with buyers, planners, store leaders, and sales staff to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Present collections, manage orders, and oversee dedicated sales staff programs.
  • Partner with Operations, Customer Service, Accounts Receivable, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Six or more years of relevant experience in luxury fashion or a related field.
  • Strong commercial awareness, business acumen, analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and retail math.
  • Excellent organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.
