Summary

Lead the development and execution of integrated global brand marketing campaigns and initiatives for Women’s Polo. Translate business priorities, consumer insights, and product stories into campaigns and brand moments that build relevance and support business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global campaigns, seasonal storytelling, product launches, and key brand moments.
  • Partner with Design, Merchandising, regional teams, PR, media, digital, social, retail, events, and agencies on integrated marketing plans.
  • Create campaign briefs, launch plans, messaging frameworks, presentations, and consumer-facing communications.
  • Manage agency partnerships, workflows, timelines, and budgets.
  • Analyze campaign and business performance and recommend future initiatives.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of women’s fashion, consumer trends, competitive dynamics, and media and digital ecosystems.
  • Strong project management, prioritization, organizational, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate brand vision and business priorities into actionable marketing plans and collaborate across a matrixed organization.
