Required Skills

• 10+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
• Salesforce Service Cloud Certification – Required
• Strong experience developing Apex Classes
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Strong knowledge of SOQL/SOSL
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations
• Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules
• Experience with Salesforce deployment and release management
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
