We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Lead / Manager to drive outreach and patient growth across our offices.
What you’ll do
– Build relationships with referring physicians and community partners
– Plan and host events
– Run digital marketing, social media and online listings
– Track results and report on growth
What you bring
– 3+ years of marketing experience, including outreach
– Familiar and comfortable with AI tools in your work
– Strong organization and follow-through
– Confident, professional communication
Pay and benefits
– $95,000 – $150,000 per year, plus a performance bonus
– Medical insurance, 401(k), paid time off and holidays
– Full-time, traveling among our New Jersey offices
– Title and level based on experience
