ESC’s premier food packaging client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Pricing to join their team in Brookfield, WI. This role combines pricing review, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), forecasting, budgeting, accounting, and financial modeling to support our stable and growing manufacturing organization.

What You Will Do
- Support the Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing with periodic sales volume insights, assessments, and reporting
- Collaborate with department managers and executives on critical initiatives
- Prepare monthly P&L forecasts and annual budgets for assigned accounts
- Administer customer pricing and sales allowances for significant accounts
- Prepare, record, issue, and reconcile contractual sales allowances and credits
- Conduct ad hoc financial studies to support Senior Management and Sales
- Manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines effectively
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or Business
- Five or more years of relevant finance or accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong proficiency in business, technology, and finance
- Strong problem-solving and financial skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including financial modeling and advanced Excel modeling
- Microsoft Access database management and Visual Basic (VBA) coding experience is a plus
