We are seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to build and scale a high-performance sales engine that delivers predictable, profitable revenue. This role owns execution, forecasting, systems, and accountability, turning strategy into results.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and enforce a scalable sales operating system (process, playbooks, cadence)
- Own CRM adoption, pipeline discipline, and data integrity
- Lead and develop a high-performing, accountable sales leadership team
- Drive forecast accuracy (±5%) and revenue predictabilityOwn sales targets, budget, pricing discipline, and margin performance
- Align sales and marketing execution to accelerate growth
- Drive customer retention, expansion, and share of wallet
- Leverage data, analytics, and enablement tools to improve performance
Qualifications
- 15+ years in senior sales leadership, leading leaders
- Proven track record building scalable, process-driven sales organizations
- Strong forecasting, CRM, and sales operations expertise
- Experience owning revenue, pipeline, and P&L
- Background in B2B, distribution, or industrial markets preferred
